Ahh... Windows 7! With an AMD VISION 64-bit processor, nothing could go wrong, right? Well, sorta.
Windows has it's kinks (AS USUAL), but the computer isn't that impressive. Sure it has a 15' screen, built in mi (no webcam, though), VGA out, Ethernet, Audio in/out, three USB 2.0 ports, about half a gig of DDR2 RAM. The 'Bad' things though, in my opinion, outrun the 'Goods'.
The 'Bads'. Well let's start with the 4-hour battery, it's removable for a larger or second battery, but it's still only 4-hours. Next would be the singal-touch trackpad. Finally, the dial-up port. I've never known a person with a laptop to use Dial-Up instead of WLAN or LAN/DSL/Ethernet.
What is taking them so long to get rid of the port? Well, Apple removed theirs when the G4 series came out, unless you wanted it installed, then you could have it put in for around $50 at a Apple Store or Genius Bar.
For $500-$600 it's a little pricy, but, don't cry... there's a newer one out that costs around $400, but it has a mini-keyboard, and, well... I don't want to slam HP anymore than I have to... Buy this product from Amazon here!
